Recipe Ingredients for Simple Stir Fry

2 oz linguine
2/3 cup peas
3 1/5 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
3 egg whites
4 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp honey
3 tsp chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Simple Stir Fry

  1. Prepare pasta.

  2. Cut chicken into bit sized pieces and grill in skillet.

  3. Prepare peas.

  4. Scramble egg whites.

  5. Combine pasta, chicken, peas, and egg whites in skillet with soy sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Saute for 5-10 minutes, to preference.
