Simple stir fry with lots of veggie and little seasoned with soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Stir Fry

1 Chicken Breast
3 cups Broccoli
227 grams (1 Can) Water Chestnuts
3 Peppers
1/2 medium Onion
3 medium Carrots
2 Celery Stalks
1 cup Green Beans
1/2 cup Unsalted Cashews
4 cups Whole grain Rice
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Simple Stir Fry

  1. Cut all vegetables.

  2. Cook Chicken.

  3. Put 1 tsp oil in wok and let heat up.

  4. Add veggies.

  5. After a few minutes, add chicken and soy sauce.

  6. Heat until cooked.

  7. Enjoy!
