This is a simple, low calorie meal. It includes broccoli, green pepper, and onion, but could be made different ways using carrot, green peas, green beans, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Stir Fry

1/2 chicken breast
1 raw green pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped raw broccoli
1 chopped green onion

Recipe Directions for Simple Stir Fry

  1. Defrost Chicken for about a minute and a half.

  2. Cut into one inch sections.

  3. Chop broccoli, green pepper, and green onion.

  4. Brown chicken in skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil.

  5. Remove chicken and put all vegetables and seasonings in skillet (including remaining olive oil)

  6. Add chicken. Cook until vegetables are done but still crisp.
