80 g frozen spinach
2 eggs
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for Simple Spinach Scramble

  1. defroze or microwaved the frozen spinach

  2. put a pinch of nutmeg nad mix well.

  3. cook eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. Stir or scramble the eggs.

  5. Stir in the spinach for under a minute.

  6. Serve hot.
