Recipe Ingredients for Simple Spinach Lasagne

200 grams Spinach
100 grams Delicious Low Fat Soft Cheese
100 grams Lasagne Sheets
400 grams Sweet Harvest Chunky Chopped Tomatoes
1 clove Garlic
50 grams (Linessa) Grated Cheese Light

Recipe Directions for Simple Spinach Lasagne

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Spray a small ovenproof dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a bowl, mix spinach and soft cheese, add a clove of garlic and add pepper to taste.

  3. Place 2 sheets of lasagne on the bottom, add some of the spinach and cheese mix, add another two sheets and add the rest of the spinach mix. Finally, add the last 2 sheets and top with the chopped tomatoes.

  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

  5. Bake for 20minutes or until golden brown
