Veggie salad with a spicy dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Spicy Veggie Salad

1/2 cup corn
1 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1 cup campari tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup green chili
1 serving Hot Sauce

Recipe Directions for Simple Spicy Veggie Salad

  1. Diced bell pepper and tomatoes. Put into large resealable container.

  2. Add corn, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and Texas Pete hot sauce. Stir.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
