VERY basic simple truffles...low dairy/ dairy free depending on the chocolate chips used. Adapted from Vegetarian Times.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Soymilk Truffles

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup soymilk, chocolate
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Recipe Directions for Simple Soymilk Truffles

  1. Heat soymilk till hot to the touch and keep warm.

  2. Melt the chips in double boiler.

  3. Stir soymilk into chips until smooth.

  4. Refrigerate mixture overnight or 4+ hours.

  5. Scoop out half tablespoons and roll into balls.

  6. Roll balls in cocoa.
