2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

  1. Mix well.

  2. Marinade 1-2 pounds of any seafood a least 4 hours.

  3. Grill or broil seafood until done.
