Recipe Ingredients for Simple Salmon Patties

1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter, melted
14 ounce salmon, drained
3/4 cup saltine crackers
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 egg
2 tablespoons whole milk

Recipe Directions for Simple Salmon Patties

  1. Drain and pick apart salmon.

  2. Crush crackers until they are fine crumbs.

  3. Combine all ingredients thoroughly but gently. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Cook in a non-stick skillet in olive or coconut oil over medium heat, turning once, until heated through.
