Chicken of the Sea recipe for salmon patties.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Salmon Cakes

6 oz. Pink Salmon, skinless, boneless (Chicken of the Sea)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs, seasoned
3 tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Recipe Directions for Simple Salmon Cakes

  1. Combine first seven ingredients in bowl.

  2. Stir in Chicken of the Sea Salmon, egg and 1/3-cup breadcrumbs.

  3. Form mixture into 4 balls.

  4. Roll Salmon balls in remaining breadcrumbs; flatten into cakes about 1/2-inch thick.

  5. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  6. Fry 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
