1 cup cucumber
1 cup red pepper
1/2 cup tomatoes
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Simple Salad

  1. Thinly slice all vegetables.

  2. Combine oil, vinegar and lime juice.

  3. Toss vegetables with dressinga and chill in the refridgerator.
