Easy to make, quick, crunchy and yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Salad

250 g salad
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp feta cheese
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Simple Salad

  1. Rinse/cut the salad if necessary.

  2. Dice or slice the cucumber and tomatoes as you like.

  3. Crumble in the feta cheese and add a dash of olive oil. Season with Herbes de Provence for a little extra flavour, if desired.

  4. Toss the salad.

  5. Enjoy!
