Recipe Ingredients for Simple Salad Chiffonade

3 leaves spinach
3 leaves lettuce
1/4 cup celery, chopped
5 tomatoes, cherry
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt, Kosher
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Simple Salad Chiffonade

  1. Cut greens into chiffonade*, place in salad bowl with chopped celery. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and toss. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add. To cut calories, use a low-cal spritzers or splash instead of oil and vinegar.
