Recipe Ingredients for Simple Pudding from Olga's Healthy Choice

350 low fat milk
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Simple Pudding from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Put all ingredients into a cooking pan. Bring to boil stirring continuously. Once boils, remove the pan from the heat and let it cooled.

  2. For serving: In a cup or a large serving glass, place diced fresh fruits, cake pieces or cookies. Then pour pudding over them. You can decorate with some almonds, or chocolates or cocoa powder tec to your desire before serving. (In this case please do not forget to add extra calories to the serving).
