Recipe Ingredients for Simple Pork Chop Meal

1 pork chop
1 cup potato
1 cup green beans
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Simple Pork Chop Meal

  1. Defrost the Pork Chop and Green Beans in the microwave. 1 minute @50% power.

  2. While that's running, slice the potato in half and the halves into slices the width of your middle finger.

  3. Arrange the potato slices on a plate such that they will get good air circulation and pop them in the microwave for 4 minutes. Nuke until done.

  4. Put just enough oil in the wok to prevent sticking and sear the pork chop on both sides. Then toss it in the toaster-oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees to finish cooking. (Undercooked pork will not usually kill you, though you may wish it had)

  5. Toss the green beans into the wok to finish cooking them, add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. When the potatoes are done, rub a little oil on them and lay them, broadside down in the searing wok. Brown both sides, then toss them with "Italian seasoning".

  7. Plate everything and serve.
