Recipe Ingredients for simple pizza

481 g dough, frozen
163 g tomato, sliced
5 1/2 oz cheese, part skim, mozzarella

Recipe Directions for simple pizza

  1. separate thawed dough into four portions and make into 4 thin crusts

  2. top evenly with cheese and thinly sliced tomatoes. Season to taste with garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.

  3. bake for 12-20 minutes at 450 degrees. Cheese should be slightly burned and bubbling.
