Recipe Ingredients for Simple Pasta Fagioli

7 serving Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
2 cup Beans Cannellini
1/4 tsp Perfect Pinch Seasoning
1 clove Garlic
300 grams Olive Oil
150 grams Ditalini Dry

Recipe Directions for Simple Pasta Fagioli

  1. Begin preparing pasta in separate pot.

  2. Heat olive oil in bottom of another large pot. When warm, add chopped garlic and seasoning and let sizzle. Don't let the garlic burn.

  3. When garlic begins to turn the slightest brown, add tomatoes (2 cans) and beans (1 large can) with juices. Be careful. If the oil is too hot, it will pop. Be ready with the lid to cover it just in case.

  4. Heat until simmering and continue until pasta is done.

  5. In a bowl, add pasta and then top with tomato mixture to desired proportion.

  6. Add shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
