1/8 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Simple Omelet for Supper

Beat egg with a tablespoon of water until frothy. Put into a medium pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Add onions, pepper ( I add a little serrano), salt and pepper. Fold over after it has start to set.
