1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 medium (3") Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Simple Nutless Apple Oatmeal

Chop apple and combine with oats, cinnamon, and stevia. Top with hot water and cover for five minutes while oats cook, or put in microwave with water for three minutes. Voila: breakfast.
