Simple home made bread that requires no kneading.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple no knead homemade wheat bread

2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp active yeast
1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Simple no knead homemade wheat bread

  1. mix ingredients thouroughly.

  2. place in large mixing bowl or other container.

  3. cover and let sit for 18-24 hours. Dough will double in volume.

  4. Move to greased loaf pan and let rise again for 1-2 hours.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes until load is golder brown and done all the way through.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
