Recipe Ingredients for simple miso soup

6 cups water
3/8 cup miso
2 tablespoons wakame seaweed
1 cup tofu, diced

Recipe Directions for simple miso soup

  1. Boil water (or konbu dashi stock), add the wakame seaweed and tofu, stir well.

  2. Take the soup stock off heat and slowly stir in miso. Take a ladle and add a tablespoon of miso at a time, stirring it in the ladle with another spoon and slowly adding it to the stock.

  3. Heat and enjoy!
