Easy and very tasty meatloaf. My family loves this and it makes the best sandwiches the day after :)

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 medium onion
1 large egg
1 cup whole milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbl Brown Sugar
2 tbl Mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Simple Meatloaf

  1. Mix 1.5 lbs lean ground beef, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 large egg, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 cup milk, and 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  2. Press meat mixture into greased loaf pan

  3. Mix brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce and spread over top of meatloaf

  4. Place in over preheated to 350 degress and bake uncovered for 45 mins.
