This spaghetti is super easy and a very good basic recipe. You can substitute a large can of diced tomatoes and a 15 oz can of tomato sauce for the 30 oz. That is what I really do but I cant get this analyzer to recognize canned tomatoes. Use low salt products if you watch your sodium as canned tomato products are insanely high in sodium.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Homemade Spaghetti

1 lb lean ground turkey
30 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
8 oz spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Simple Homemade Spaghetti

  1. Brown Turkey

  2. sautee onion and garlic

  3. add tomato products

  4. boil noodles according to package

  5. season to taste

  6. simmer 20 minutes

  7. serve
