Its a fish stew with tom puree and canbe made with brown rice instead of potatoes. If made with brown rice then meal is consumed quicker and feeds one for longer like - 3 days!

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Fish Casserole

1/4 cup Basmati Brown Rice Organic

Recipe Directions for Simple Fish Casserole

  1. Mazolo oil in the pan 2 tblsp 1 tsp salt (max) garlice as much as you want, onions about 4 depending on space, potatoes or brown rice, slice if potatoes, needs black pepper coarse ground 2 tsp (maximum) Italian style seasoning (oregano, etc etc) wihc comes in one jar/bottle/packet of dried herbs.

  2. chuck it all in the pot, make sure water covers the tom puree, leave in slo-cooker on low for 12 hours or if cooker is as bad as mine High for 12 hrs. quite yummy. Eat with holemeal bread, well stuffed.
