This traditional holiday treat makes a great breakfast any time of the year. Make with a sugar substitute or honey if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Eggnog

4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
4 large Egg, Whole
12 serving Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
3 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Simple Eggnog

Put all ingredients in blender (the water is actually 1/2 cup ice, but that was impossible to add via calorie count), blend until frothy, and serve immediately.
