Easy to make & great in the summer

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Egg Salad

4 eggs, hard boiled
3 tablespoons Mayonaise, Light
1/2 teaspoon Mustard, Brown
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 slice onion, chopped
4 slices bread, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Simple Egg Salad

  1. Boil eggs until hard

  2. Allow to cool in water (After they cool I drain the eggs & put them in the fridge overnight so they are nice & cold.)

  3. Deshell eggs

  4. Pop out hard yoke into a bowl

  5. In a separate bowl, chop hard whites into pieces

  6. In bowl with hard yoke, add Mustard & Mayonaise & blend well

  7. Salt & pepper Yoke mixture to your taste

  8. Add chopped celery & onion to whites

  9. Mix in Yoke mixture with whites.

  10. Place 1/4 salad on 1 slice of bread

  11. Cut bread in half & place half on top of half

  12. EAT!
