Recipe Ingredients for Simple Egg Pasta

4 cups Semolina Pasta Flour
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for Simple Egg Pasta

  1. Make a well in the middle of your flour (either in a bowl or on a board) and crack the eggs into it. Use a fork to beat until smooth. Combine the eggs with the flour as best you can.

  2. Flour your hands and start kneading the dough. Really go for it! You want it to be silky, smooth, and elastic.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in your fridge for about half an hour before rolling out and cutting.
