Recipe Ingredients for simple crepe

1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for simple crepe

  1. beat egg

  2. add flour and mix

  3. add milk and mix

  4. grease pan with oil or butter

  5. put mixture (not all, depending on how big pan is, etc) on pan

  6. when it is golden color (depends on type of flour used) and smells nice, its ready!:)

  7. makes about 2 9in crepes.
