Recipe Ingredients for simple chili

450 grams extra lean ground beef
540 ml Black Beans, Canned
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for simple chili

add onions and pepper to pot, sautee until opaque. Add meat, cook until meat is browning. Add beans, kethup and salt, cook on medium low heat for 25 mins.
