1 3/5 lb beef roast (i13034)
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon safflower oil (i4511)

Recipe Directions for Simple Chili II

  1. Heat the safflower oil in a large non-stick pan

  2. Add onions and cook until transparent

  3. Add pieces of beef and brown

  4. Put beans and tomatoes in crock pot

  5. add onions & beef

  6. Stir well

  7. Season to taste

  8. cook 7 hours
