Simple, classic home made chicken soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Chicken Vegetable Soup

20 oz Whole Young Chicken
20 oz Carrots
2 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 large Onions
1 medium raw Sweet Potato
4 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Simple Chicken Vegetable Soup

Boil chicken in enough water to cover until meat easily comes off bone. Remove from water and separate meat from bone. Coarsly chop onion, carrot, potatoe, sweet potato and celery and add to chicken broth. Bring to boil. Lower to simmer and add chicken meat salt and other spices to taste. Let simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours, topping up liquid with water or vegetable broth as needed.
