Simple chicken soup with macaroni/pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Chicken Soup & Macaroni

682 grams Simple Chicken Soup
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Simple Chicken Soup & Macaroni

  1. pan fry - onion, garlic, chili, carrot & chicken (10 minutes, not till brown) with olive oil.

  2. Add 1 - 1 1/2 litre water

  3. Add 2 1/2 chicken stock cube

  4. Let the mix boil and immediately, turn down the heat to simmer for 1hr, lid on.

  5. Check every now and then and stir.

  6. Add celery

  7. After 30 mins, add lettuce

  8. After 10 mins left, add tomatoes and spinach

  9. Taste and add pepper (optional), no salt added.

  10. Boil pasta according to package instructions.
