Chicken breast meat fried with onions

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Chicken Fry

3 fillet Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Garlic Cloves
1 medium White Onion
1 serving Salt
1 stick Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
5 g Cumin Powder
10 grams Coriander Powder
1 tablespoon Oil vegetable

Recipe Directions for Simple Chicken Fry

  1. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces

  2. Add all the powders, ginger and garlic pastes and a few drops of oil and let it marinate for at least 30 mins

  3. Pour the rest of the oil in a wok/pan and fry the onions (cut into small pieces)

  4. Once they are golden brown, add the marinated chicken pieces and mix thoroughly

  5. Cook covered for 5 mins, mixing from time to time on a medium flame
