Recipe Ingredients for Simple Chicken and Apple Salad

280 g chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
80 g fat free mayonnaisen
243 g red apple

Recipe Directions for Simple Chicken and Apple Salad

Grill chicken and chop in food processor until fine. Place in large bowl, mix in mayonnaise. Dice red apple and add to mayo and chicken. Mix well. I used Purdue Fit N Healthy Thin-Sliced chicken breasts, Kraft brand Mayo and a Braeburn apple. 3/4 cups per serving.
