This a quick and simple cauliflower soup that comes out thick and creamy. It's great over kasha or potatoes or simply by itself.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Cauliflower Soup

4 cup Cauliflower
1 small Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 serving Vegetable Bouillon, w Sea Salt
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Simple Cauliflower Soup

Put chopped onion, cauliflower flowerettes, garlic and water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minuters and add bouillon cube and cook for another 5 - 10 minuters.
