Recipe Ingredients for Simple carrot soup

4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
10 grams Barley, Pearled

Recipe Directions for Simple carrot soup

  1. chop and sautee all vegetable in olive oil unitl soften

  2. add 1 litre of chciekn stock, bring to the boil and then allow to simmer

  3. add half a cup of pearl barley and simmer until soft

  4. season to taste, salt, pepper and paprika

  5. blend and serve
