Simple Butternut Squash Soup (Paleo Friendly)

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Butternut Squash Soup (Paleo Friendly)

6 cups butternut squash
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 oz bacon grease
2 tbsp olive oil
10 cups water
1 salt to taste
1 garlic powder to taste

Recipe Directions for Simple Butternut Squash Soup (Paleo Friendly)

  1. Sautee all veggies but squash in bacon fat and olive oil.

  2. Add squash, cover with water and bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or till squash is soft.

  4. Add salt and garlic and immersion blend till smooth.
