Recipe Ingredients for Simple Butter

1/4 cup Coconut milk
2 tablespoon cornmeal, Yellow
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Recipe Directions for Simple Butter

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Simmer 5 minutes -- should begin to thicen, about the consistencyof thin porride.

  3. Place in blender, cover, and turn on low, then increase to high. Blend for about 1 minutes until as smooth as possible.

  4. Pour into a contaner; cover and chill. It will be runny, but sets up wen cold.
