A good basic (mild) baked chicken curry with veggies and rice recepie. My seven year old LOVES this, it is his new favorite recepie. You can use chicken, shrimp, etc, and substitue the white for brown rice (or basmati) if your crew will go for it! Not a bad dinner!

8 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
2 tbsp Brummel
0.06 cup All Purpose Flour

112 grams Ginger
0.06 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 cup Vegetables, Fresh Frozen Steamfresh

Recipe Directions for Simple but great mild baked chicken curry

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Brown chicken in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook through.

  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, curry powder, paprika and nutmeg. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for one additional minute. Stir in the Chicken, lemon juice, ginger, vegetables and worcestershire sauce; heat through. Transfer to an ungreased 1-quart casserole.

  4. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned. Serve over hot cooked rice.

  5. You can really substitue any vegetables you want. We typically use a broccoli, carrot, and snow pea mix.
