Recipe Ingredients for simple bulgur wheat with tomatoes and mint

1 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup tinned tomato
1 onion
1 chicken stock cube
1 cup water
3/4 cup water
2 tbs mint
4 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lime juice

Recipe Directions for simple bulgur wheat with tomatoes and mint

  1. add water, stock and tomatoes to a pan, bring to boil.

  2. add bulgur wheat and onions, and part cover pan.

  3. simmer for 10-15 mins, stirring occasionally.

  4. allow to rest and cool for 15-20 mins, add fresh chopped mint olive oil and lime juice. I used lime because i had no lemon left, either would do.
