My mom made this for me all the time as a kid. It's delicious and easy! The veggie rotini is a delicious twist.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Broccoli Pasta

16 oz Veggie Rotini Spirals
3 cups of broccoli, cut in to bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Spread
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Simple Broccoli Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package. After 5 minutes of pasta cooking, add broccoli. Finish cooking pasta and drain.

  2. Add butter and garlic and flour and cook for a minute or two, stirring constantly. Add pasta, broccoli, salt and pepper back to pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
