Recipe Ingredients for Simple Bread, Low Carb & Gluten Free

2 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 large eggs
1 serving Agave Nectar
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Simple Bread, Low Carb & Gluten Free

Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Whisk eggs and then add agave nectar and vinegar. Stir wet ingredients into dry. Scoop batter into well greased baby loaf pan (6.5 x 4 in). Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 mins on bottom rack until knife comes out clean. Cool and serve. Serves 12.
