Recipe Ingredients for Simple Blueberry Muffins

3 tbsp Canola Oil
1 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 c. skim milk
1 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for Simple Blueberry Muffins

  1. 400 degrees. Grease tins.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Beat liquids separately. Fold together. Add in blueberries

  3. Spoon into tin. Bake 20 - 30 minutes.

  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving
