2 sweet onions
8 cloves garlic
8 serrano peppers
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Simple black beans

  1. Boil beans in water 2 minutes

  2. let stand one hour, drain

  3. heat pot

  4. add oil and vegetables

  5. cook. covered until sauteed

  6. add beans, cover

  7. let cook for 45 minutes
