Very quick muffin recipe. Perfect as is or you can add an extra banana for more banana flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Banana Muffins

2 large bananas
3/4 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Recipe Directions for Simple Banana Muffins

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.

  3. Add melted margarine.

  4. Add dry ingredients.

  5. Bake at 375 deg. 18-20 minutes.
