Recipe Ingredients for Simple Banana Milkshake/Smoothie

1 medium Banana
1 cup Frozen Yogurt
2 cups skim milk
2 packet Stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Simple Banana Milkshake/Smoothie

  1. Pour skim milk into blender.

  2. Add vanilla extract and sweetener packets to blender.

  3. Add frozen yougurt to blender.

  4. Add the banana (peeled, duh) to blender.

  5. Hold down the milkshake button (or equivalent) for 30 sec.

  6. Serve and Enjoy! =D
