Quick and easy banana bread that can be prepared without mixer.

Recipe Ingredients for Simple Banana Bread

3 ripe bananas, smashed
3 1/2 tbsp margarine
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Simple Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix melted butter into mashed banana (can use up to 4 bananas)

  3. Mix in sugar, beaten egg and vanilla.

  4. Sprinkle in baking soda and pinch of salt over the mixture and mix in.

  5. Add flower last, mix.

  6. Pour mix into buttered 4x8 in loaf pan.

  7. Bake for 1 hour.

  8. Remove from pan and let cool.
