Recipe Ingredients for Simple baked tofu

16 oz tofu
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs cooking wine (or sherry)
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Simple baked tofu

  1. Slice tofu into 8 slabs. Press in a dishtowel for ten minutes.

  2. Mix marinade in baking dish. Add tofu and let marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes, turning after 25 minutes.
