Recipe Ingredients for Simmered veggies

1 large raw Zucchini
2 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 serving asiago, romano cheese blend
1 serving asiago, romano cheese blend

Recipe Directions for Simmered veggies

sautee fresh veggies with pat of butter and oil. Once halfway done, add 1/4 C cheese. Cover and let simmer, stirring every 30 sec. Add rest of cheese and finish cooking.
