This is VERY tender steak and has a wonderful flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Simmered Sirloin Tips

2 lbs steak, sirloin tips
1/2 cup wine
12 oz beer
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp meat tenderizer, (gravy master)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, large sliced
2 cups mushrooms, (baby bella, sliced)
8 oz egg noodles, extra wide

Recipe Directions for Simmered Sirloin Tips

  1. In a large skillet (do NOT use non stick style), heated to medium high heat, add olive oil.

  2. Braise Steak tips.

  3. Remove from pan

  4. Add Onions, cook until soft

  5. In a bowl, add wine, beer, garlic, gravy master and worcestershire sauce, mix

  6. Add to pan with onions, cook for 5 mins

  7. Add Steak back to pan

  8. Cover and simmer on medium low heat for 1 1/2 hours

  9. Add Mushrooms

  10. Cook Egg noodles, drain and put aside.

  11. Serve over egg noodles.

  12. Enjoy
